The Seascape Sur complex is beautifully landscaped and full of wonderful amenities including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts and recreation room. The Solana Beach neighborhood beach access is raw, rugged, gorgeous. How about the local shopping with Cedros Design District just a 5 minute walk, or our street of quirky local cafes? Perhaps you took a big hike in Torrey Pines, or spent all day in the sun. Either way, come home to this delightful beach apartment. Wash off in the outdoor shower at the pool, settle into great natural light and total privacy as you're tucked away from the fray of the outer world. Getting Around:
The condo has excellent freeway access, so getting here is a dream. Lyfts and Ubers coverage is strong, or you’ll find that it’s a perfect place to walk around. Sidewalks abound and drivers are both courteous and aware of pedestrians. The Solana Beach train station is less than a 1/2 mile to the north
