The Space:
Farmhouse Retreat with outdoor spaces galore, pool, spa, fireplace, yoga deck and pet-friendly.

Fire up the BBQ and grill a fresh dinner, organize a foosball tournament, play pool games, chat by the spa or fireplace or hang out for a family movie night. We have it all and a fully fenced yard so we are perfectly suited for families with pets. Although the beach is super close as a crow flies, the walk there is suited best for older kids, teens and adults. The .5 mile walk to Grandview and Beacons requires walking along the iconic coastal highway 101 and there aren't sidewalks so if you have little ones, it is best to drive.

The property has been immaculately furnished and we are excited to welcome our first guests.

The pool/spa are private to the main house with an optional pool heating fee of $75/day with a 4 day minimum. Using and heating the spa is complimentary.

I understand I am not renting the entire property, just the main house and there may be guests (with a possible pet) in the Cozy Retro Cottage which is separate but on the property. The pool, spa, fireplace and yoga deck are private to the main house only. The only shared space is the driveway. The main house gets 2 tandem spots on the left AND the single car garage and the Cottage gets the 2 tandem spots on the right side of the driveway. PLEASE NOTE: The driveway parking is tight and large cars/trucks/SUVs will be extremely challenging to park.

The Neighborhood:
Compared to its neighboring towns, Leucadia (par of Encintias) is especially fun and funky. Cute eateries and old-school surf shops make the town especially fun to explore. The Self Realization Fellowship Temple is a local landmark, and the beaches themselves are especially beautiful.

Getting Around:
The house has excellent freeway access, so getting here is a dream. Lyfts and Ubers coverage is strong, or you’ll find that it’s a perfect place to walk around. Sidewalks abound and drivers are both courteous and aware of pedestrians. We are just a block from the vibrant coastal Leucadia 101 corridor, and 0.5 miles from Grandview or Beacons beaches. Both are surf escapes with a distinctly local feel, great sand mixed with rocks, and fantastic waves. If you choose to drive, South Ponto Beach is another option and is just 1.5 miles away to the north. With public restrooms plenty of parking and white sandy beaches, it's a perfect spot for a family outing! If you head south and want a full-service beach, Moonlight is 2 miles away and it’s a mecca beach bonzanza. It has volleyball courts, playground, concession stand, the works.
