Green Flash: newly remodeled, hip and fun, private beach access, pool!

Go out to the beach, to the town, to the lagoon. Long boarders abound, bike cruisers pedal around, and people are friendly. Then come home to the this gem of a hideaway with modern flair: just remodeled (2021)with open beam ceilings and designed with flare. Slip onto the top floor porch or fall back into one of the lovely beds. Then wake up, fuel up in the well-appointed kitchen, and do it all again...or start a radically new adventure that day.

This condo/townhouse has no upstairs or downstairs neighbors so you'll have plenty of space and privacy. No ocean view from the property, but just steps around the corner, 10 to be exact, to see the sunset (and maybe a green flash) and just a few more to the private beach access stairs.
