The Space:

Stroll through your courtyard gate after a refreshing walk by the waves and fire up the barbecue for a relaxed dinner in the shade of towering palm trees. Gather the family for a dip in the pool or take it easy and snuggle up by the indoor or outdoor fireplaces. The charming outdoor spaces and location just a 10 minute walk from Fletcher Cove Park/Beach, make this home very special. Easily walk to the Cedros Design District or venture out to the local restaurants, train station, park or the local lagoon’s running trails.

Please note our house rule that all mobile (non-infant) children must be able to swim and heating the pool requires an extra fee of $50/day. No additional charge for the spa.

Solana Beach is our hometown, and we're thrilled to share it with you. We love Naked Cafe, the live music at Belly Up, and the easy walk to the train station in case you want a quick trip to LA or San Diego proper.

Guest Access:
Share nothing but the beach! This is a stand-alone single family home, and the property is yours alone for your time here The owners do keep a closet or two and the garage locked.

Solana Beach quiet residential neighborhood - we call it the "bubble"

Getting Around:
Cars make grocery shopping easier, but enjoy an ultra-walkable neighborhood and train connections to San Diego / LA if you want it.
