THINGS TO KNOW
- Pool heating is $75/day and $300 minimum, no charge to heat the spa
- Parking room for a maximum of 5 cars, 4 in the double wide driveway and one in the upper level garage
- Alleyway access and driveway are narrow: larger cars/trucks/SUVs will be extremely challenging to park, street parking 100 yards away is available
- Located in “Funky Leucadia” with an automotive shop and nursery nearby mixed in with restaurants and shops
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival

THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

Fire up the BBQ and grill a fresh dinner. Serve it atop the umbrella covered picnic tables on the spacious pool patio and back porch, all surrounded by greenery and perfectly suited for pets. Later, gather around a stone fire pit, take a dip in the pool or warm up in the hot tub, under a starry sky or watch a movie in the wood-floored living room with vaulted ceilings or try your hand at foosball. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to pool heated as it takes up to 24 hours to get to the desired 84-88 degrees in the winter months.
