THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

Head to the beach! Whichever one you want, less than 10 minutes by foot. Swami’s is raw, for hardcore surfers. Moonlight is decked out, down to a playground and snack bar. If you want beach chairs, mats and umbrellas, we've got that and more waiting for you. Stroll to and through the funky fresh beach town of Encinitas if you want. Then settle into this ultra-private studio tucked into our modular house, with fresh finishes that make for an effortlessly mod and retro feeling simultaneously and please know that there may be guests above you on the top floor. Grill if you want, stroll into funky-fresh Encinitas for dinner otherwise and then settle in for a great night sleep on our LULL mattress with the newly added AC unit. Welcome! Please note the extra bed (memory foam twin mattress) is available upon request and is not left in the property by default due to space considerations.
