- AC is only available in the twin bedroom as is is the only space that doesn’t get the wonderful ocean breeze
- Sleeps up to 5 and the 5th guest sleeps on a twin memory foam mattress
- Neighbors downstairs really appreciate no running and jumping
- Pet-friendly, but please do not leave dogs at home to bark
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival
