The Space:

Refurbished Hi-Tech Hideaway bordering the ocean is simply magnificent, however, please note:
****As of June 2023, work has begun to rebuild the state-owned bluff in front of our property and our neighbor's property to the north. The impact to our guests is noise and a possible increase of sand in the air. This project will continue through the summer months with an estimated completion date of September 2023. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Although the views are not affected from inside the home, the rates have been reduced to reflect the possible inconveniences our guests make experience.****

Two beach accesses in the neighborhood are just a 2-minute walk away with Fletcher Cove Park to the south and Tide Park to the north. Of course all the beach essentials are waiting for you in the garage.
